What do you like about Bowling Green?
Very walkable or bikeable town--no car necessary. Cheap drinks at the bars.

What do you dislike about Bowling Green?
Everything else. This is a college town with nothing but a university and plentiful bars. Good luck finding a decent job here.

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in?
Nowhere.

How expensive is it?
For what it offers, it's expensive. Rent rates are determined by the demand of college students.

Is it safe?
Yes, save for drunken shenanigans.

How is the weather?
Typical 4 seasons. Very windy, though.

Additional thoughts?
The three years I spent living here were the worst of my life.

What do you like about Bowling Green?
Bowling Green is a safe, clean city.

What do you dislike about Bowling Green?
The small-minded Townies (people who have lived here all their lives and never ventured out beyond the city limits), drunk college students, and few solid employment opportunities (that pay above minimum wage). Did I mention the topography?! Bowling Green is a completely flat city that desperately needs to plant more trees. This place was once a swamp (The Black Swamp), and would still be if it wasn't for the miles of ditches that had to be dug for drainage purposes. It is common to see standing water linger for days after a drenching rain. Hello mosquitoes. West Nile anyone??!!

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in?
There are none.

How expensive is it?
Rent is relatively expensive for what you get.
Apartments close to campus can be in really bad shape.

Is it safe?
Yes.

How is the weather?
Cold, brisk winters. Snow tends to constantly drift back on to the roads after they have been plowed. Summers are humid. The wind is ridiculous.

Additional thoughts?
I wouldn't move here again if I had to.
