What do you like about Niagara Falls?
The falls obviously, lol.

What do you dislike about Niagara Falls?
The very sad urban decay and staring into Canada feeling the US has seen its glory days FAR beyond its rearview mirror.

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in?
Its hard to say "City" since Niagara Falls itself is pretty large in size. Outside the falls strip, there's just the outlet mall and typical food fare. In the strip, its really hard not to get depressed. Almost all the buildings are decaying despite it being a mecca for tourism. It really doesn't make sense how Niagara Falls (US) has become such a sh!thole.

How expensive is it?
Considering all the foreclosed houses, practically free.
Is it safe? Not near the Falls. Venture5-10 minutes away. and its standard suburbia.

How is the weather?
Its colder and snowier than Buffalo, so bad.

Additional thoughts?
PLEASE develop! This city needs the same tourism investment as the Canadian side does. There's no excuse that the only thriving business in the American side is a Indian casino.

Whoever puts some serious dough in making this place into a mecca for tourism again will be rich beyond their wildest imagination, and would do good to the image of America.
