Good: There are many activities here that are good for 'family events' such as Saturday in the Park and ArtSplash. There is a mall (southernhillsmall.com) and Sioux City is about two hours away from Lincoln, NE and Omaha, NE if you need to shop for high brand names (Gucci, etc.) that we don't have. There is a country club, an art center, and many restaurants. The west side (and riverside) (kinda ghetto) is very diverse. Morningside (the east side) is consideratly finacially well off and so is some of the North Side.

Bad: Because Sioux City is located in the midwest(obviously), there is a large amount of drugs traveling through to other major cities (NYC, LA). Though it is RARE to have gang related volience.

BASICALLY: How you live here depends on where you live. That depends on the amount of money you have, the kind of person you are (CEO or Druglord), and the connections you have. Which is like any other city in the U.S. (that has a mall...).
