What do you like about Iowa City? I like the general ambiance of the city. Also, I like the diversity of the people. I have made friends with almost every type of person you can imagine, living here.
What do you dislike about Iowa City? I dislike the bar crowds.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? Campus buildings, the PedMall, there are some really great bars around here.
How expensive is it? It in the Midwest, so everything is relatively cheap. The cost of living around campus is pretty ridulous, though.
Is it safe? For the most part.
How is the weather? Pretty great, we have all the seasons.
Additional thoughts? Iowa City is by far the best city in Iowa to live in, the most liberal at least.
