What do you like about Eau Claire? The Chippewa River and the downtown area. Carson Park and the University area.
What do you dislike about Eau Claire? There isn't too much to dislike about Eau Claire except the never ending road construction. If there isn't any festivals or concerts there are plenty of resturants and bars to enterain the bored.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? the South side and downtown(3rd Ward/ University area).
How expensive is it? Property taxes are fairly high but you pay for what you get and you get something well worth the money...otherwise it's reasonable to live here.
Is it safe? very safe, a few college parties but rarely more.
How is the weather? hot and HUMID summers, cold winters, a place to experience all 4 seasons without a doubt!
Additional thoughts? Eau Claire is a beautiful area of Wisconsin with plenty of wildlife and city entertainment all in one!
