What do you like about Poznan?
It has all the aspects of a fairly large city without the oppressing feeling of overcrowding.
What do you dislike about Poznan?
Hmm...thats a hard one...maybe the lack of a larger airport with more connections.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in?
I love the Stary Miasto, or \"Old Towne\"...thats where all the beautiful old buildings, the hip cafes, the museums, the old cathedrals...its where all the cool people go! :)
How expensive is it?
Poland is a great deal in all aspects of travel. You can go there and not spend a lot but still get it all in.
Is it safe?
Yes, as long as you don't act like you're asking for it!
How is the weather?
In the summer - mild. There can be some really beautiful perfect summer days, as well as some really hot summer days. But its mostly mild.
Additional thoughts?
Go there before tourism overtakes Poland like it has elsewhere! Its a beautiful country with very hospitable and gracious people (and the girls are beautiful!), as well as its incredible (& tragic) history! I love Poland!
