Guatemala was very crazy. People drive very crazy, even the buses which were old American school buses. People were very friendly for the most part, although I got alot of mean looks from some of the younger men. Probably because I was with a pretty young Guatemalan girl(my wife now). Food was good and cheap. City was a mess though. But I had fun and it was quite an experience.

Guatemala is currently experiencing a renovation. There's alot of construction and develpoment going on.Zonas 9, 10,11,14, and 15 are the best areas of the city. The city has many interesting museums , great cultural life in 4 Grados Norte. The city was cleaner then the other Central American capitals. Overall it has everything that you may find on a cosmopolitan city and a few surprises.
