What do you like about Port Arthur? Very country feel. Laid back.
What do you dislike about Port Arthur? Slow in terms of modernization and technology.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? No place really. You either hang out with friends or at the local WalMart.
How expensive is it? Overpriced apartments. You can find better in Houston at the same costs.
Is it safe? Very safe. You can leave your doors unlocked and everything will be entact and untouched in your home, including yourself.
How is the weather? Hot, humid
Additional thoughts? If you like the country feel but still want to have access to city-like stuff, live in Beaumont. There's really no economic growth in Port Arthur.
