Additional thoughts?

The size is just right; everything is within walking distance. Also has a lot of streets with bike lanes (in fact, I read recently that it was rated the most bicycle-friendly city in the county). College students, who go to the university, actively participate in the community. We have an annual 3-day celebration of art, science, and technology called Da Vinci Days.

The weather is typically cloudy or rainy.
