What do you like about Oxford?

Oxford is one of those nice Southern small towns that is on the cusp of either becoming a unique college town or another condo development run a muck.
The town is really a haven for literary greats, most famously, William Faulkner & John Grisham. But, they aren't the only ones. The town is teeming with writers, both academic and literary.
It is worth a visit to the town square for dinner at L&M's Kitchen & Salumeria and hang out in Square Books for some cheap coffee and ice cream. Other than that, the bars aren't very cool anymore, this one called the Longshot with a jukebox & photo booth but alas, it closed its doors.
The University of Mississippi is in Oxford as well, the campus is really pretty and oddly enough, the speed limit is 18 mph in honor of Archie Manning's football number.
There's a lot of cultural history in Oxford, but you just have to make sure to avoid the frat boys that are really obnoxious during football games and the like.
