What do you like about Decatur?

Nothing really.

What do you dislike about Decatur?

The redneck cliqs, the depressing thinking of the population in general, the fact that most of the people age 25-35 with actual intelligence left years ago, the huge loss of jobs, and the racism.

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in?

Mt. Zion was okay a long time ago. South Shores was the same.

How expensive is it?

Not

Is it safe?

Actually, it's pretty crime ridden.

How is the weather?

Crappy in the winter time, Horrible in the summer. Good September/April.

Additional thoughts?

Like I said, most of everyone age 25-35 with any aspiration in life left here a long time ago. I suggest all the youth do the same. Decatur is a black hole that will suck you in.
