What do you like about Madison? I like how small it is, lots of great places to eat.

What do you dislike about Madison? The way the streets are laid out makes traffic horrible!

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? Both east and west sides and downtown.

How expensive is it? Much more expensive than it should be.

Is it safe? Very.

How is the weather? Typical midwest, extremes in all seasons.

Additional thoughts? Madisonians always have struck me as having these weird attitudes... Like they are being friendly and nice, but it seems sugar-coated and insincere and.. weird.

What do you like about Madison? How beautiful downtown is during the summer and how there are hundreds of different restaurants so you always have a new place to eat.
What do you dislike about Madison? Downtown streets are very confusing... but thats probably the only con about the city.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? Downtown, definetly. There's always something to do, and you can always just walk around and go to State street or to the Union.
How expensive is it? Not too expensive, but probably the most expensive city of its size.
Is it safe? Very, it's one of the safest cities in America.
How is the weather? Cold and snowy in the winter, and hot and gorgeous in the summer. Fall and Spring are the seasons where it can go from 70 degrees to 30 degrees in days.
Additional thoughts? It's one of the greatest cities in the United States, I've lived in many other regions of the country and in many different cities and none of them even compare to Madison.
