What do you like about Harrisburg? there are some interesting things to do in and around the city.
What do you dislike about Harrisburg? it's barely a city.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? City Island is sweet, there are tons of restaurants on Second Street, and ArtsFest & Kipona are always a good time.
How expensive is it? eh, it's not so bad, really depends on what you're doing though.
Is it safe? as safe as any other town, it has bad sections though.
How is the weather? typical central PA, hot summers, warm winters, little in-between.
Additional thoughts? I've grown up across the river from Harrisburg and definetly benefited from it. It offers some great cultural experiences and also has the prettiest Capital Building.
