What do you like about Boulder? It is safe, the people are usually friendly and helpful. There are a lot of sports to do here and its really open here.
What do you dislike about Boulder? In some places (pearl street) there are a lot of homeless and druggie people who can get kind of scary at times. Also, people are very wealthy and things are expensive.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? Pearl Street is fun and you can always go around town to eat or swim or go to the movies or something
How expensive is it? Not outrageous but its defiently pretty expensive.
Is it safe? Yeah, as long as you have some sense
How is the weather? It goes from extreme cold to extreme hot aqnd its really dry
Additional thoughts? It's okay but a lot of the people are the same

What do you like about Boulder? Great public transportation, active, close to hiking, skiing, and great scenery, walkable, attracts fun and interesting events and companies like the Conference on World Affairs and TechStars.

What do you dislike about Boulder? Holier-than-thou attitude, yuppie rudeness, idiotic drunk college students, aggressive bums I have no sympathy for, totally transient city: anyone you make great friends with will almost definitely move somewhere else within a year or two.

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? Downtown, North Boulder, the mountains.

How expensive is it? Studio/1BR: $700-$1200, 2BR: $1000-$1400, 3BR+ $1400 and up

Is it safe? Yup. Lots of car breakins in certain parts of the city though. Watch out for mountain lions, snowstorms, and the occasional rapist.

How is the weather? Pretty great, but it can get too hot and dry in the summer and too cold in the winter... the variety's nice.

Additional thoughts? This city attracts: university students, highly mobile 20-30 somethings who are probably having a quarter life crisis, and affluent families and elderly who settle down here. Everyone is very fit and attractive.
