What do you like about San Diego?

The geography can be nice. The beaches used to be accessible and nice. It's a great place for outdoors sporting types.

What do you dislike about San Diego?
I grew up her in the '40s, and '50s; and lived here again from '98 to 2004.
It's way too overdeveloped. It's become too crowded, and exorbitantly espensive! The housing prices and market are ridiculously exploitative. The rental situation is a complete ripoff!
There have always been too many old stingy retirees living there.
There are too many Hispanics. They amount to abouit 34% of the population. With that many there are all the undesirable conditions that prevail where they do.

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in?
Balboa Park and the beaches.

How expensive is it?
Exorbitantly excessive!

Is it safe?

Some areas are somewhat safe. Lot's of crime from illegals.

How is the weather?

The weather is monotonously sunny. Way too little rain, and way too much fog and low ceiling overcast.
Additional thoughts?
Like all of California, San Diego has been ruined by allowing too much overbuilding and too many people to live there. If the water gets cut off millions will be "up the creek".
