What do you like about San Francisco?
The people, the geography, the weather, the restaurants, the architecture, the views, the politics...

What do you dislike about San Francisco?
The overpriced real estate.

What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in?
At least 75% of the city is very desirable to hang out or live in for one reason or another. My favorite areas are North Beach, Hayes Valley and Haight-Ashbury, due to the variety of architecture, shopping and restaurants.

How expensive is it?
Real estate is astronomical, renting is very expensive relative to the rest of the US. But one can live fairly cheaply once housing is taken care of.

Is it safe?
Quite safe, although there is some crime in certain neighborhoods.

How is the weather?
Beautiful all year except foggy, cold & windy in the summer.
