What do you like about Ipswich? The History to think I was conceived @ and lived above a smugglers passage which the passage again was above an Roman Village, yet less then 4 mins walk from a Woolworths/co-op store and the golden mile of stores ha. oh and bad luck national car park's nice work finding the site though.
What do you dislike about Ipswich? well Big Brother got a bit too much cameras everywhere one of the first to do it, it helped crime in the town centres the trouble is pushed it outwards one day they'll be a cctv on every lamppole/post.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? Any pre 1920's Pub, though opening a window in the John Bull or spread eagle to take a shot on the pool table was always a bit much tiny rooms creaky floors beams lower enough to bang ya head on, 100 pubs when i was there and i had a pint in everyone of em prolly most before i was 18 ha
How expensive is it? Jeez i moved but so's the whole of the UK
Is it safe? theres young punk kids everywhere yea its safe
How is the weather? wet windy shity the storms aren't that good , foggy misty, it use to snow more when maggie thatcher was in power now they get dustings, Sunny yeah normally nice from easter till november you'll get wet though maybe and wind wow i miss them 70 mph gales the p&o crossings were fun in the force 9,10 and 11's i've experienced
Additional thoughts?
As long as it doesn't go under water from global warming Its a cool place to live in argubaly the oldest town in Europe it's so old the county's called Suffolk as in south folk and norfolk is above it. imangine that there's the south folk and the north folk the first time to ever be used maybe oh and i hate Norwich.
