What do you like about Malmo? The atmosphere, the people, not too big and not too small.
What do you dislike about Malmo? The violence and insecurity, the raw weather in fall and winter.
How expensive is it? Not expensive at all, if you know where to go.
Is it safe? Not very, depends on where you go.
How is the weather? Raw and foggy in winter, nice in summer.

What do you like about Malmo? The abundance of restaurants and the laidback atmosphere.
What do you dislike about Malmo? The static minds of those who govern it.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? The city centre or the parks.
How expensive is it? Not especially by swedish standards.
Is it safe? In reality very much so, but it's considered somewhat violent in the media.
How is the weather? Decidedly Coastal, humid but warm all year round (by swedish standards)
