What do you like about Ljungby? The small town feel, how everyone knows each other. How there are nice forests nearby, like much of Sweden.
What do you dislike about Ljungby? How it is landlocked and not near anything of interest. Can feel a bit claustrophobic there.
What are your favorite parts of the city to live and/or hang out in? There aren't many "area" outside of the town centre and homes. The library is quite nice. Lagen, a nearby town, is nicer for nature and lakes.
How expensive is it? Moderate, average swedish prices.
Is it safe? Very safe, though I've heard it has the highest nazi population in Sweden, but I never encountered that.
How is the weather? Not bad for Sweden. Cold in winters with ice and snow. Warm, sunny summers.
Additional thoughts? Sweden is a lovely country, but Ljungby is dead. Try Vaxjo if you are looking nearby. Or even Goteborg or Halmstad. But for the best go to Stockholm.
